Rampant corruption affects human society at every level, in every country. Regardless whether a society considers itself "democratic" or not, corruption exists and must be stamped out before it stains democracy into dictatorship. People of every nation are invited to participate in this community and share their experiences and suggestions in stamping out this evil. Together we can make a difference.
Mr. I. Elvis Sersea, M.A., aka MaestroSersea, has been teaching English and English as a Second Language courses at the K-12, adult school, and community college levels since the late 1980s.
